Nathan and Ruth Hale, founders of the Hale Theatres and prolific authors of over 100 plays, penned the delightful April Ann in the 1950’s. It has since become the most often produced play in the Hale Theatre family. Based on a true story, April Ann is about a girl who lived her entire life on a mountain top never seeing a man until suddenly two shows up.  Now she has to choose between two of them. Set to music and laced with humor, this show is great for the entire family, and is one you’ll want to see again and again.
