Ticket Policies
- Please note that all purchased tickets will be held at WILL CALL; we do not mail tickets.
- No cancellations or refunds. Ticket exchanges can be made in person at the Box Office or by tearing the tickets in half and faxing them to the box office at least one business day prior to the performance.
- Season Ticket Holders are allowed one free exchange per show. Additional exchanges are $2 per ticket.
- Reserved seating will be held until curtain, after which alternate seating will be used.
- Doors open 30 minutes before show time and curtain will open on time. Please be courteous to the actors and fellow patrons by arriving on time.
- No children under age 5 allowed in the theatre.
- No outside food or drink allowed in the theatre.
- Performance, artists, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
- The use of cameras, recording devices, cellular phones, radios, and pagers is strictly forbidden.
Season Ticket Policies:
We understand how difficult it is to pick show dates a year in advance, which is why we offer one free exchange per production. Please bear in mind that Friday and Saturday evening shows are more expensive, so if you exchange from a matinee performance to an evening performance there will be an additional charge of $2.00 per ticket. We require a 24-hour notice in order to exchange your tickets. Please keep in mind, we do not offer refunds on ticket purchases.
Group Ticket Policies:
In order to receive our group rates we require that you reserve 20 or more seats. Each ticket will receive a $1.00 discount and every 21st ticket will be free. Final count and final payment are due two weeks prior to your show date. No tickets will be issued before payment has been received. Customers may increase or decrease their ticket number at any time up until that date, according to availability. However, if ticket numbers drop below 20, the group rate is forfeited, the price will revert to the full Adult ticket price, and payment will be required at that time.
As a reminder, NO refunds are issued, but in an emergency you may exchange single tickets for a future date that must be determined at the time of the exchange. All emergency exchanges are not to exceed 10% of the total sale. Any ticket not exchanged prior to the performance day is considered forfeited.
