HECTOR CORIS
Director

Hector is thrilled to make his Arizona directing debut at the prestigious Hale Centre Theatre. Originally from NY, Hector is an award-winning performer with nearly 10 years of hometown directing under his belt. His most exciting directorial exploits include the revue Closer Than Ever (St. Bart's Players), Barnum (Brooklyn Family Theatre) and the first-ever NY revivals of some lost Broadway obscurities like Bring Back Birdie, The Best Little Whorehouse Goes Public and Subways Are For Sleeping for Opening Doors Theatre Company, where he also served as Co-Artistic Director. As a performer, he has been seen in many productions in NY and in the Valley since moving here in 2010: Drowsy Chaperone (MCC; Zoni nomination); Bye Bye Birdie and The Secret Garden (Hale Centre Theatre), ...Forum, Thoroughly Modern Millie (as Mrs. Meers) and Guys & Dolls with Scottsdale Musical Theatre Company and can be heard on the debut recording of his solo cabaret CD, Life is Wonderful. MICKEY BRYCE
Music Director

Michael E. (Mickey) Bryce has served as producer, director, musical director, or  actor in numerous theatrical production in his career. His credits include Titanic, Oklahoma, My Fair Lady, Fiddler on the Roof, Hello Dolly, Camelot, The Odd Couple, The Music Man, Godspell, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Brigadoon, Forever Plaid, Footloose, A Christmas Story, Hairspray, The Sound of Music, A Christmas Carol, and 1776. He has receivedfour Arizoni Awards for musical direction, and one for best actor in a musical playing Tevye in Fiddler on The Roof. Mr. Bryce holds degrees in music education, church music, and conducting, and is currently on the adjunct faculty of Mesa Community College, where he teaches Rock Music and Culture. He is also the pastor of Centerstage Church in Mesa. He lives in Mesa with his wonderful wife, Ellen.

CAMBRIAN JAMES
Choreographer

Last seen as Edna Turnblad in Hale Theatre’s production of Hairspray, Cambrian is excited to return as Choreographer for Dirty Rotten Scoundrels! Cambrian James is an American actor, dancer, director and award-winning choreographer. As an actor and dancer, Cambrian has performed in theatres in southern California as well as in national tours. For the past decade Cambrian has become a successful choreographer notable for his versatile staging in traditional theatre settings. Cambria has won numerous ariZoni awards including Choreography and Hair and Makeup Design. Cambrian directs and choreographs at numerous theatres throughout the Valley, including Desert Stages and Valley Youth Theatre.  Cambrian would like to thank Dave, Corrin, Lincoln, and Laszlo.
 
ROB STUART
Lawrence Jameson

Rob is thrilled to play again in the Hale sandbox, and with such a filthy, dirty, rotten cast! Some favorite roles: Atticus Finch in To Kill A Mockingbird (AriZoni), Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls, the dentist in Little Shop of Horrors (AriZoni), and MacHeath in The Threepenny Opera. Thanks to Hector, Dave, and Corrin for this opportunity. Special thanks to Melody and the scoundrels (I mean kids)…love you all!


 
ISRAEL JIMENEZ
Freddy Benson

Israel is delighted to return to the Hale Center Theatre, having last been seen as Rooster in Annie. Local and regional theatre appearances include PCPA Theatrefest, Seattle Children’s Theatre, Childsplay, Nearly Naked Theatre, Stageworks, Arizona Theatre Company’s Cafe Bohemia and Teatro Bravo, where he directed the award winning production of Frida Khalo commissioned by the CALA Alliance Festival. Israel is an acting instructor and director at Arizona School for the Arts and a graduate from the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts.
 

ALAINA BEAULOYE
Christine Colgate

Alaina is originally from NY and has been acting professionally since age 11. She is a two time ariZoni award recipient for the roles of Norma Desmond in Sunset Boulevard at DST, and Christine in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels at DST. She is extremely grateful to have been cast in this show and is excited to be back on the Hale stage and working with such an outstanding cast. Recent Hale roles include Female in The 39 Steps, Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Polly in Crazy for you, Anna in The King and I. She also directed Hale’s production of Snow White last year for the children’s theatre. Alaina would like to thank the Dave and Corrin for all they do to provide great theatre in Gilbert! Also Craig, Kalyn and Megan for their love and support.

 
BRYAN STEWART
Andre Thibault

Bryan is excited to be returning to the Hale Centre Theatre. You may remember seeing him in Little Women as Professor Bhaer, Damn Yankees as Mr. Applegate or as Archibald Craven in The Secret Garden. Bryan was also rcently seen as the Pirate King in MCC’s Act I Production’s version of Pirates of Penzance. He received his Bachelor Degree in Music Theatre Performance from Arizona State University. Bryan thanks the Dietleins for another wonderful opportunity to be on their stage.


CAMI ANGLEMYER
Muriel Eubnks

Cami is elated to be performing in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels; the 1988 movie actually inspired the name of her first Boston Terrier - L.J! This is Cami's third production at the Hale, previous roles were The Ghost of Christmas Past (The Christmas Carol) and Mrs. Winthrop (The Secret Garden).  She wishes to thank all of Hale's patrons for their ongoing support of local theatre and David & Corrin Dietlein for their commitment to the extraordinary.
 
 
LAUREN BAILEY
Jolene / Ensemble

Lauren is thrilled to be making her Hale debut! A graduate of Grand Canyon University, Lauren earned a B.A. in vocal performance in 2012. She has studied under voice teachers Sheila Corley and Kristen Drathman. Favorite roles have included Xanthias in Frogs, Linda Porter in Red, Hot and Cole, and Eliza Swine in Pirates of the Scarribean. She would like to thank her family, fiancé, and teachers for their support.

 
ADAM MENDEZ JR.
Ensemble

Adam is ecstatic to make his Hale Centre Theater debut. New to Arizona, Adam started theater at Grandstreet Theatre(Helena, MT) with his  favorite shows Children of Eden (Abel) and Guys and Dolls (Angie the Ox). At Idaho State University(Pocatello, ID) his favorite shows are 25th Annual...Bee (Coneybear) and Life is a Dream (Segismund). Adam would love to thank his family in Idaho, Montana, Rebecca and her guinea pigs Fiddle and Faddle!

 
KIMBERLY SHEPERD
Ensemble

Kimberly is excited to be back at Hale after appearing in Annie Lily St. Regis and in Crazy For You as Patsy and Polly’s U/S.  She is currently a senior at Arizona State University majoring in Film and Media. Favorite credits include Seussical, Footloose, Cats, Lucky Stiff and Food!
 



VINNY CHAVEZ

Vinny is happy to be in his third production at Hale! Recently he appeared in the ensemble for Hairspray and as Young Scrooge in A Christmas Carol. Other credits: Fatboy (Tenant/Prosecutor), Pygmalion (Freddy), Seussical (Cat in the Hat), Cash on Delivery (Jenkins), You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown (Snoopy). MONICA DOMSCHOT
Ensemble

Monica is thrilled to be in her third show this year with Hale Centre Theatre! Recent Hale credits include Damn Yankees (Ensemble) and Hairspray (Brenda), as well as Lyric Opera Theatre’s Little Women (Ensemble/Dance Captain), Bat Boy: The Musical (Ensemble), and Cabaret (Helga/Gorilla). This upcoming May, Monica will graduate from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Performance. Many thanks to Hector, Cambrian, Mickey, David, and Corrin!


DANNY KARAPETIAN

Danny has appeared in eleven shows at Hale, including Charley's Aunt (Jack), Scarlet Pimpernel, and Footloose (Willard; AriZoni nomination). Other: Kiss Me, Kate (Bill); Rumors (Lenny); Confusions (Terry). Film: Devoured (Telluride Horror Show, NYC); Sweet Deception (Columbia University). He holds a certificate in film and television performance from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. He thanks friends and family, Hector, Cambrian and Mickey, Heather "M.F." Fallon, and Stephen, for his love and support.

KATE E. COOK
Ensemble

Kate E. Cook is 19 years old and studies Music Theatre at MCC. Kate is a veteran to Hale Theatre and was last seen as Penny in Hairspray and Gloria in Damn Yankees.  Kate was also recently seen in MCC’s My Favorite Year as Alice Miller(Irene Ryan Scholarship Nominee). Some of her favorite roles include Belle(Beauty and the Beast), Adelaide(Guys and Dolls) and Philia(A Funny Thing….Forum). Kate is very excited to be back at the Hale! Thanks to Camrbian, Dave, Corrin and the entire cast and crew! 


JULIAN PEÑA
Ensemble

Julian is excited to return for his second show at Halet! Julian is a ZONI nominated full time performer. He has been seen on many stages with Phoenix Metropolitan Opera, Arizona Broadway Theater, Book no Book Productions, Mesa Encore Theater, Desert Stages Theater, Scottsdale Musical Theater Company, and both CGCC and SCC.  Julian has toured with the Los Angeles Master Chorale, Orpheus Male Chorus of Phoenix, and sang with Spire Chorus.  He won 1st place in the Artist of promise Competition for Musical Theater and 3rd place for Classical.“I couldn’t be more thankful for my family and friends and their unfailing love and support.”.
